We aim for same-day turnaround whenever possible, and most repairs are carried out on-site while you wait as long as an appointment has been booked for this. If your glasses need a new part, we’ll order it and complete the repair in practice. For more complex issues, we partner with a trusted repair company to ensure your glasses are restored to their former glory.
