We’re Upgrading Our Phone & Internet Systems

Today (14th April 2026) marks an exciting step forward for our practice as we upgrade our phone and internet systems to a brand new platform.

This change is all about improving the way we communicate with you. The new system brings enhanced features designed to make it easier to get in touch, manage calls more efficiently, and ultimately provide a smoother, more reliable service.

As part of this upgrade, you may notice that things sound a little different when you call us. That’s completely normal and simply reflects the new technology we’re now using behind the scenes.

One of the new features includes helpful audio updates while you’re waiting on the line. These will share information about our latest products, services, and any important updates—so your time on hold is a little more useful.

We’re not expecting any downtime during the switch, but as with any new system, there may be a few small teething issues while everything settles in. We really appreciate your patience if you experience any slight delays or differences.

After many years with BT, we’ve made the decision to move to a smaller, independent provider. This not only gives us greater flexibility, more personalised support, and better value for the business, but also aligns with our core values of being truly independent. Supporting independent businesses is something we strongly believe in, and this felt like the right step for us.

We’re always looking for ways to improve and future-proof our practice, and this is an important part of that journey.
